Original Version - of chapter 01

1.  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was
          God.
2.  The same was in the beginning with God.
3.  All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was
          made.
4.  In Him was life; and the life was the Light of men.
5.  And the Light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
6.  There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
7.  The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through
          him might believe.
8.  He was not the Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
9.  That was the true Light, which lightened every man that cometh into the world.
10.  He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him
          not.
11.  He came unto His own, and His own received Him not.
12.  But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the Suns (the
Lights) of God (to the world), even to them that believe in His name.
13.  Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man,
          but of God.
14.  And the Word was made flesh, and dwell among us, full of grace and truth.
15.  John bare witness of Him, and cried, saying, This was He whom I spake, He that
cometh after me is preferred before me; for He was before me.
16.  And from His fullness have all we received, and grace for grace.
17.  For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
18.  No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Sun (or Light of God, or Life
within God, which is our soul), which is in the bosom of the Father, He hath
          declared Him.
19.  And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from
Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou?
20.  And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ.
21.  And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou
that prophet? And he answered, No.
22.  Then they said unto him, Who are thou? That we may give an answer to them that
sent us. What sayest thou of thyself?
23.  He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness. Make straight the way of
the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.
24.  And they which were sent were of the Pharisees (a member of a Jewish sect of
the intertestamental period noted for strict observance of rites and ceremonies of
the written law and for insistence on the validity of their own oral traditions
          concerning the law).
25.  And they asked him, and said unto him, Why baptizest thou them, if thou be not
that Christ, nor Elias, neither that prophet?
26.  John answered them, saying, I baptize with water; but there standeth one among
          you, whom ye know not;
27.  He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe latchet I am not
          worthy to unloosen.
28.  These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing.
29.  The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of
God, which taketh away the sin of the world
30.  This is He of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me;
          for He was before me.
31.  And I knew Him not: but that He should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I
          come baptizing with water.
32.  And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a
dove, and it abode upon Him.
33.  And I knew Him not: but He that sent me to baptize with water, the same said
unto me, Upon whom thou shall see the Spirit descending, and remaining on
Him, the same is He which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.
34.  And I saw, and bare record that this is the Sun (the Light) of God (to the world).
35.  Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples;
36.  And looking upon Jesus as He walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God.
37.  And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.
38.  Then Jesus turned, and saw them following, and saith unto them, What seek ye?
They said unto Him, Rabbi (which is to say, being interpreted, Master), where
          dwellest thou?
39.  He saith unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where He dwelt, and
abode with Him that day: for it was the tenth hour.
40.  One of the two which heard John speak, and followed Him, was Andrew, Simon
          Peter's brother.
41.  He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the
Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ.
42.  And he brought him to Jesus. And when Jesus beheld him, He said, Thou art
Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation,
          A stone.
43.  The day following Jesus would go forth into Galilee, and findeth Philip, and saith
          unto him, "Follow Me".
44.  Now Philip was of Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter.
45.  Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found Him, of whom Moses
in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.
46.  And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth?
Philip saith unto him, Come and see.
47.  Jesus saw Nathanael coming to Him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed,
in whom is no guile! (a descendant of the Hebrew patriarch Jacob; specifically: a
native or inhabitant of the ancient northern kingdom of Israel).
48.  Nathanael saith unto Him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said
unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw
          thee.
49.  Nathanael answered and saith unto Him, Rabbi, thou art the Sun (or Light) of God
(to the world); thou art the King of Israel.
50.  Jesus answered and said unto him, Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under
the fig tree, believest thou? Thou shalt see greater things than these.
51.  And He saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see
heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of
          man.

1.  What Is The Meaning - of Verses 1 & 2:

"In the beginning (of man) was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God".

Meaning 01: "The Oneness of God and True Man"

And in this way, man and God are One, One within the other as One, One revealing the Other within itself, One hiding Oneself within the One being revealed, only to be revealed again, later, by the One now being revealed, in the next cycle of Man-God/God-Man, like the apple seed reveals the apple tree hidden within it, hiding itself within the apple tree as it reveals the apple tree, only to revealed again later, by the apple tree, when the apple tree reveals the apples hidden within it, and the apple seeds again hidden within the apple, but this time a 1000 fold.

                                                                                                                                  - go to outline
Meaning 02: "Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim", In the Name of God, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate

"In The Beginning Was The Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God".

Which in the Islamic tradition, is called "Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim", is the Opening word in the Opening Chapter in the Holy Qur'an, that is, "In the Name of God, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate", that is, in the Name of the Creator, the Destroyer, and the Redeemer, as the One who Gives us Birth, Death, and True or Eternal Life.

Because in truth, as the saying goes, "All Three, birth, death, and life, are in God's Hand, but only death is certain", for we have received birth and death but have yet to be given life, to be given True or Eternal Life by God, with "us" currently tasting as our illusory short life but a small example of our own eternal death, if we don't get God to do so before this small and very short example is over, that is, to give us a True Eternal Life before we die to the flesh.

That is, if we will only let Him, if we will only let Him do so, because that is His intention, to give Himself to us, by "us" joining again as "One with" Him within us, before we die to the flesh, so He as "One with" us within Him, can finish what He has started within each of us, which is to reveal God to God within us, for the benefit of all of the Creation of God within us.

Which He will most certainly do within us, if before we die to the flesh, before we physically die to the "outside" of us, we will only give up our ego, that has in our ignorance grown over our true eternal life, over our soul and the wisdom surrounding our soul, if we will only willingly and freely give up our personal or private identity, as existing as "separate from" God within us, as existing as "separate from" each other on the "outside" of us, and as existing "separate from" the Creation of God within us.

And instead let "God happen" again, but this time within us, with "us" within us as "One with" God within us, for then God will let "True Man happen" again, but this time within God within us, with God within us as "One with" us within God within us, and then, and only then will we become successful in our own lifetime, as the "Oneness of God and True Man" within us for eternity, and the understanding of that "Oneness", so it will never leave us again.  Amen

2.  What Is The Meaning - of Verse 3:

"All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was
made".

And in this way, there is nothing other than God, and God is One, that is, everything is "of God", everything that was made was made by God, from God.

                                                                                                                                  - go to outline
3.  What Is The Meaning - of Verse 4:

"In Him was life; and the life was the Light of men"

And in this way, the Light of God, the Sun of God, is revealed within men, is the Light of men, is the Light revealed in men, in Adam (peace be upon Him) within us, and in the the Son of Man, in the Children of Adam (peace be upon Him), which is each of us, as the Son's of Adam (peace be upon Him), reveals from within Ourself, if we like, if we truly intend to again become "One with God within us, before we die to the flesh, before we die to the "outside" of us, revealing the Light of God or the Sun of God from within us, or the Light of men.

                                                                                                                                  - go to outline
4.  What Is The Meaning - of Verse 5:

"And the Light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not"

Which is why God has to send John, or man, to bear witness of the Light to those who are in darkness, which is the Creation of God, which is what "we" in our ignorance have become "one with" on the "outside' of us, letting it in our ignoance falsely define us, as "separate from" God, as "separate from" each other, and as "separate from" the Creation of God within us, but to whom we can become, if we like, the Light of God, the Sun of God, reflecting the light of God from within us to the Creation of God within us, and in this way, if they like, bring them to completeness, separating from them what is currently separating them from God, which is their form, their physical form of ignorance, which are the qualities of Creation, but within them, in completeness they are the 99 of God, from which everything in Creation is made..

Which is like the moon only shines to those who are in the darkness, with the moon reflecting the light of the sun to those upon whom the sun cannot shine directly because the earth they are now standing on has moved out of the direct light of the sun, out of the "day" of their life, and they are now experiencing the "night" of their life, when they are no longer directly connected to God.

Because the witness, which can be each of us, to the Creation of God within us, if we like, has come, has now become the moon for them, the moon of the sun for them, has now become the light of the sun for them, the reflections of the light of the sun for them, which can be each of us, to the Creation of God within us, by joining again as "One with" within God within us, before we die to the flesh, before we physically die to the "outside" of us,

Because we have become again directly connected to God within us, as "John the Baptist" (peace be upon Him) was at the time of Jesus (peace be upon Him) liivng in the wo,ld and as such, is the witness of Jesus (peace be upon Him) to the world, reflecting the Light of God into the world, as the Holy Spirit of God, as the "Spirit of the Truth" of God, before Jesus (peace be upon Him) becomes the Light of God in the world.

Before John (peace be upon Him) witnessed the "Spirit" descending upon Jesus (peace be upon Him) when John (peace be upon Him) first baptized Jesus (peace be upon Him) with water, allowing Jesus (peace be upon Him) to then "increase" and for John to then "decrease", as each of us must do, allowing Jesus (peace be upon Him) within us to start to baptize everyone within the Creation of God within us, if they like, with the water of wisdom, or the grace of the Holy Spirit of God, allowing them to move back into the "Oneness of God", if they like, which in truth is the "Oneness of God and True Man", before they die to the flesh.  Amen.

Such is the true significance of God, of Jesus, and of John, of the Holy Trinity, of the Triple Flame of God, both at the time of Jesus (peace be upon Him) living in the world, over 2000 years ago, and now living within the heart of each of us, if we like, if we will only accept it, as the truth of us, and the truth of God for our age, and become "One with" God within us, so each of the Creation of God within us, if they like, can do the same.  Amen.

Then our life will have become succesful in our own lifetime.  Amen.

May all the peace, the beneficence, and the blessing of God be upon us all.  May God help us all.  Amen.

My love you (anbu), my dearest loving brothers and sisters - Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler).
